Trauma-informed support delivered by trained staff with psychological oversight from Dr Costa. Referrals to specialist mental-health services where required.
Practical money skills, budgeting, banking, benefits navigation, saving and managing bills, embedded in everyday key-work sessions.
Registration with local GPs, dentists and opticians. Sexual health, substance use and healthy lifestyle education built into the support plan.
Building positive networks beyond the home, hobbies, volunteering, sport and faith communities, to reduce isolation and build belonging.
A clear move-on pathway with structured preparation for independent tenancy: rights and responsibilities, neighbour relations, repair reporting and managing setbacks.
We accept referrals from local authorities and social services. Vacancy availability and emergency placement enquiries are responded to within one working day.
