Safeguarding is the foundation of everything we do. Our policies, training and governance structures are aligned with Ofsted-registered supported accommodation standards and reviewed continuously under the oversight of Dr Georgia Costa.
Designated Safeguarding Lead
A named Designated Safeguarding Lead across the organisation, with deputies in each home and 24/7 escalation routes.
Skilled oversight
Dr Georgia Costa provides ongoing supervision and consultation on safeguarding concerns and complex cases.
Safer recruitment
Enhanced DBS checks, structured interviews, reference verification and probationary review for every staff member.
Staff training
Mandatory induction and refresher training in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, county lines, CSE/CCE awareness and Prevent.
Quality assurance
Regular audits, key-worker file reviews, monthly governance reports and ongoing alignment with Ofsted-registered supported accommodation standards.
Young person's voice
Structured feedback mechanisms, resident meetings and independent advocacy access ensure young people's voices shape the service.
Reporting a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern about a young person in our care, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately. Out of hours, our on-call manager is available for urgent concerns.
Full safeguarding, complaints and whistleblowing policies are available on request to local authorities and commissioners.
Make a referral
We accept referrals from local authorities and social services. Vacancy availability and emergency placement enquiries are responded to within one working day.
