A trusted partner for London commissioners
We provide local authority commissioners and social workers with a clear referral process, transparent outcomes and a placement model designed for stability and measurable progress.

Referral process
Initial enquiry
Local authority contacts our referrals team with placement requirements and a brief young-person summary.
Matching & assessment
We review the referral against vacancies and the young people already in placement to assess fit and likely stability.
Pre-placement meeting
Where appropriate, a meeting with the young person, social worker and our management to agree the support plan.
Placement & review
Structured first-72-hour induction, with formal placement reviews at agreed intervals.
Placement criteria
- Young people aged 16–18+ (with continuation arrangements considered)
- Care leavers, UASC and young people requiring transitional support
- Suitable mix and matching with existing residents
- Clear safeguarding plan in place
Support planning
Each young person has a tailored support plan covering the seven domains of our support model. Plans are co-produced where possible, reviewed regularly with the social worker, and updated against measurable goals.
